Very poor communication. Groomer was running late although the person I was speaking to through text said they were on their way.. all to avoid rescheduling the appointment because I expressed I had a tight schedule. I was quoted 125 but somehow managed to pay 160 without any sort of notice a phone call. I asked for an invoice for two days. They made a decision to use a medicated shampoo without my consent. We (my dog and I) absolutely adore grooming services with Ashley through Shampoochi! My dog Chino does not usually take to other people and he jumps in Ashley’s arms. She’s fantastic with him, great with scheduling, mobile is super convenient, always on time, and when he is finished he looks FURTASTIC! Highly recommend! I would highly recommend
Update 7/13/2025 I called them again because I liked how they worked this time I was quoted one price charged another when I called to ask why they said hey would get back to me today is 7/25/25 and still no response on why I was charged more than what they said in email when I booked. I am extremely happy with the service plus she showed up early which I love Luna looks like a whole different dog, I’m obsessed. They did a great job, significantly better experience than I've had at the big-box pet-store groomers. Will return.
Not happy with this service, to tell us one price and then show up late and want $300+ which was double the quoted price. No thank you
