they abused my Buddy Albi causing him open cuts and abrasions. he is in so much pain. he is not his self . do not take your fur baby here ! and the groomer blamed me for their actions !

Shampooch has been my dogs only groomers and they love it! Great cuts every time! When I drop them off I know that in a couple of hours they'll be looking so beautiful and smelling sweet. Thanks to Daniel and the whole crew. We love you, Cinnamon and Honey.
I have been bringing my dogs here for the last 11 years. The previous 2 owners, Kim and Pam were excellent. Pets were their passion and they always made us feel like family. The new owner is only in it for the $$, he is not patient with the pets at all. Looking for a new groomer

Took my cat for a bath. She looks and smells incredible and was much calmer coming home than going there. I’m Happy with the results although with tip a bit beyond my budget range. But super happy
Tabitha was so great with our boy Rocky, she made him relaxed all throughout the time he had his nailed trim even when he was experiencing discomfort from his right front paw....I love that they are open on weekends, everybody made us feel welcome and we will be coming back for a next visit with both Rocky our Rottweiler and our baby girl Phoebe our blue nose pitbull ..... you can never go wrong with people who knows how to treat your furry babies right.....
I LOVE this place. The staff is amazing, the groomers are super loving and caring. They’re the best in town 😁 I take my golden retriever for full service. They do such a great job with large dogs like mine, and small.
