I visited on September 23rd, 2023, to get my lashes done in the basement and had a terrible experience with a lady who had black hair (I don’t remember her name). She promised a follow up to fix them but instead blocked me. The lashes looked awful like caterpillars on my eyes and her attitude was extremely rude. I would not recommend this place.
I have been getting my hair done at Shampoo for a few years now and always go to Orin! She does amazing colour and cuts for me and I always feel so good after my appointment. Highly recommend Orin, she has great experience and does a great job!
My daughter’s and I go to Shampoo. The stylists are all amazing and provide quality service. My eldest daughter has social anxiety and every time we go, she is treated with empathy and respect while getting exactly what she wants with her hair. I highly, highly, highly recommend Shampoo to anyone who is looking an amazing stylist who loves what they do!
I’ve been going to Orin for over a year—she’s amazing! Gentle, talented with colour and cuts, and always understands exactly what I want. My hair looks perfect every time. Everyone at the salon is super talented. Highly recommend!
