Worst Salon, Worst customer service. Bad attitude
I highly recommend Shampoo hair and Day Spa. The owner, Katilyn is wonderful. I have been going to her for years, she is highly experience in extensions and hair coloring. I have had a bad experience with another hair stylist whose idea of highlights is turning your whole head “blond”. I would NEVER go anywhere else. Katilyn has a positive and professional personality, her salon is clean and wonderfully decorated, which makes for a very enjoyable experience.
Recently moved from Arizona, and needed a fill for my extensions. Shampoo is the place to go around here! The only place with ALL COLORS and HAIR in stock that day! Kate applied my extensions and she is the teacher for the extensions across new england. Definately go to her she knows what shes doing!
I recently tried Shampoo for the first time last week. I was so pleased on how accomedating they were, FULL WONDERFUL service, while Kaitlyn the owner gave me the best set of extensions I have ever had she had her manicurist Ana give me gels, so awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any one who appreciates true quality
This is the best salon at the Chelmsford area!!! Clean and welcoming...after the new owner introduced herself and showed me the salon around, she offered me something to drink and a healthy snack. They have a very experienced esthetician called Patricia Borin and that day my appointment was with her. I've got the best facial ever for just $40!!! They also have a manicurist there but I haven't tried yet. I'm definitely coming back :-D
This was one of the worst hair cutting experiences I've ever had! It was very over priced and not very good. The quality is the same I would expect at WalMart. The service was rude. There was actual dogs in the salon! I thought that was a health code violation. I would never go back
