Unfortunately, my girlfriend changed her mind so we had to return the ring. The store owner was great and friendly help us. Thanks for the store owner service and kindness. He never asks any question which made me suprise. Would definitely come back in case my girlfriend looks for another ring.
I went in to purchase an engagement ring from Shahraz and he was so kind and consultative. He helped me customize a ring and it came out absolutely stunning. I wasn’t tight on timelines but he always checked in to make sure our expectations were aligned. I never felt any pressure tactics and it seemed as though Shahraz was always willing to help. I would recommend Shamin Diamonds to anyone and everyone I know.
