I have been attending the weekend, mindful meditation practices, and I literally look forward to Sunday’s all week; while staying and living in the moment. The people are amazing, the atmosphere is purifying, and The Love is Everywhere. NAMASTE
A Chicago gem. Wonderful meditation classes and other Buddhist and Taoist courses. Every Chicagoan should take advantage of this great place!
