They changed their policy to now charge clients if they do not show for an appointment which I understand and was ok with until they also quit contacting you to confirm your appointment or at least me. I have enjoyed the staff they have did a good job. I have been a customer for many years and since they made some changes to there policies on appointments I have had nothing but a bad experience. I used to get notice of my appointment and then confirm but in the last 6+ months or so I have not got any reminders of my appointments and I am aware that it is also on me to make sure I make my appointments.
