Great service for my Subaru. They allowed me to have a loaner car to drive to see my family. Only drove it down the street to meet up with my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. Yet, it was nice to drive a new Subaru. My air bag was changed and my car taken care of. CSC
I had my 2015 Subaru there on Wed. for check engine light on, was told that rodents chewed the wires and it would cost $960.00 to repair and they could not fix till following Tues. (they knew I had to be in Jacksonville FL. On Monday. ) was charged $85.00 to have it checked out. Took to Hunter Subaru in Hendersonville NC Thursday and they worked it in and had it repaired in about 1 hour at a cost of $330.00. Your dealership did not try to help me in any way with my situation. "Very poor service" Carl Neely
I had my car in for service last week at Fairway Subaru service department. They were friendly and efficient, and my car had everything taken care of ahead of the time estimate they gave me when I made my appointment. Since I was waiting in the customer lounge, that was good that I could leave to finish the rest of the errands I needed to accomplish that day. They are always helpful and honest on what is needed.
Recently returned from having my service done at Fairway Subaru. The service was fast and the staff was courteous and professional. I have over 65,000 miles of expert service by this team. The waiting area stays immaculate and appointment times are kept: no one forgets you here. As long as I have a Subaru, this is where I am going to have mine serviced. Fairway ford, not very fair or honest at all! I used this ford service shop less than a year ago to replace a PCM board in my truck. After paying 500.00 for that, the truck still had issues, wasn't running good so I had only put a little over a 1000 miles on the truck in the past year since the board was supposedly replaced, when the engine lights came back on.
