Tried to call to schedule an appointment and I cannot speak to a live person and the voicemail is full. This place looks weird. What is going on?
This is a practitioner through Patient Fusion. The wrong address is listed on the scheduling portal and my scheduled appointment was canceled 2 hours before the start time. No one called to check and see if they could reschedule at all. I had to search through emails once I arrived in order to see that the appointment was canceled today. This is extremely disappointing and annoying as I drove out of the way and arrived early to complete possible paperwork.
They really take care of you here. Go to bat for you and do what's in your best interest.
