Tracy's patience and caring personality made my mom smile. Tracy's approach to care for my mom included hygiene (bathing, tooth brushing, shampooing, combing hair) and feeding. She cut her nails too. She went the extra mile to get my mom to eat when it seemed like she was shutting down. Tracy would interact with my mom and engage her in conversation. Her job was to care for my mom. I appreciate the compassion and genuine love she showed in caring for my mom.
