Dr. Paruthi is simply the gold standard in sleep medicine physicians. I don't know how else to say it. Her medical expertise, clarity, listening skills and compassion are simply exceptional.
Dr. Paruthi is amazing! When I say I went through two other doctors and 2.5 years of maybe 5 hours of broken up sleep a night I am not kidding. She is kind and gentle with my now 4 yo but she breaks down treatment options and doesn’t scare you off with big lingo. She checks in on treatments easily through the app but is only a phone call away when you have questions. She has been an absolute god send over the last year and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I literally owe her my sanity.
