Dr. Kansal performed my daughter's ear tube surgery. She was clear about the procedure, and comforting to my daughter on follow up visits. I'd recommend her to anyone.
I saw this doctor months ago. I had a sensation that there is something in my throat. After a quick test, she concluded that I have GERD. I informed her that another ENT already ruled that out. She referred me to a GI, nonetheless and convince me to have an endoscopy. The endoscopy of course, ruled out GERD AGAIN. Going to this doctor has been a waste of time and money. Months after my visit, my problem is still unresolved. Worst yet, I still don't have a diagnosis to my problem.
It was not a good experience. I came to see her with a stuffy ear. She could not see anything wrong with my ear so she advised me that it was tmj and referred me to another doctor even though I did not have any of the symptoms of tmj. I went to the doctor that she referred me to and he confirmed that I did not have tmj. She totally disregarded what i told her.
she gave me an operation on my nose-nasal septum. She made it a lot worse. After six months, I feel bad,treatment for patients is very poor. They are Not responding to the questions,their goal is to withdraw money from patients. Insurance companies goals is to earn money for your problems.Never not recommended this doctor. Stay away!
