It's my 2nd neck surgery and the 1st one didn't go very well, the hardware came loose so I was a bit nervous, Dr. Shah really put me at ease with his level of confidence, he said he would go in from the front first to secure the top vertebrae, then flip me over like a rotisserie, and secure the hardware that came loose. From the time I came out of the operating room the pain shooting up my left arm was gone.
