The reservation staff at this facility is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Dr Patel performed surgery on me some time ago and I developed a painful lump that needed to be looked at. The staff refused to give me an appointment claiming that my insurance was an HMO ( I've never had an HMO for that specific reason) and needed a referral. I tried to explain that I had the same PPO plan from UHC that I had in effect when he performed the surgery but she "refused to argue with me" and would not investigate further.
