The cutest 1959 vintage apartments, completely spoiled by the lack of professionalism of ownership and utter disregard for their tenants. The "management" company (On Q Property Management) will try to take advantage of you at every turn and will threaten you if you ask any questions. They try to raise rent in the MIDDLE of a SIGNED lease!
