Quiet restaurant, friendly staff, good food. Honestly, it's our favorite place to eat in north conway because we can get a break from the tourist crowd.

Having spent a lot of time in the Indian restaurants of the Peoples Republic of Cambridge, MA, IMHO Shalimar is just about the best I've tasted! The Owners are charming. Ditto on the Lamb Korma!
Personally, I love the Shrimp Korma...with garlic naan and a mango lassi (drink).
High quality Indian food, seriously worth a stop
Shalimar has the best Indian food north of the MA border. Food and device are consistently excellent. Make sure to try the garlic nam.
All our meals were excellent! As others suggested, the coconut naan is delicious! One of the best Indians restaurants I've been to hands down. Reasonable prices and portions.
