We just moved into Shaliko apartments and had the chance to attend the community Pool Party Resident Event. It was a blast! The office and maintenance team were there, working hard in the scorching heat. They’ve been incredible from the moment we moved in to any other time we’ve needed them. This is the best place I’ve ever lived. It’s super nice & clean . The workout room is amazing & huge . The pool is clean & the spa is nice & warm . They even have a park for the kids on the property along with a tennis court & dog park . It’s a great location near so many things including Sierra College . I go right down the street to do my shopping & go out to eat . The maintenance here is the best . They are super nice & professional & quick to fix anything that I need repaired . Update - June, 2025 Yep still here! Since we moved in over 7 years ago I became disabled, hopefully temporary. I’ve needed help occasionally and the staff here personally helped me although under no obligation. I would like to point out Hugo who knows I’m in a wheelchair and brings me what I’d ordinarily have to go to the office for. On top of that he is the nicest guy! Alex and Ben have been great too.
