We have good neighbors. A peaceful place with lots of trees. A good place to come home to. The maintenance team of Alex & Ben are awesome too. The place is well kept as well.
Everyone that works at Shaliko are the most amazing, helpful people. From James and Kaitlyn in the office to Ben and Alex in maintenance. Anything they can do you you they are willing and eager to do, no matter how small or big the ask. I absolutely love living here!
We most recently toured with James! He was so patient with all of our questions. We hope to make Shaliko our new home later this year!

We started renting here in March 2026. Working with Kaitlyn in the office was a breath of fresh air. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful while still maintaining professionalism. The grounds are a park like setting with mature trees that backs up to a nature preserve with a creek.
