This complex desperately needs a serious overhaul of its parking policy. You get one flimsy, cheaply made tag that barely stays in place — and God forbid if you accidentally forget to put it on your dashboard, they’ll tow your car in the middle of the night… from your own assigned parking space. We pay $2,500 a month, yet management can’t be bothered to invest in a better system or simply give the towing company a list of residents’ assigned spots. Absolutely abhorrent renting process. Forget about renting here even if you make 5 times the rent if your credit is even a point less than 690. Mind you, these are GARDEN apartments, some of which are entirely outdated. Using a co-signer to go through their arduous requests and adhere to the requirements? Forget that too. They make you jump through hoops even if you clearly qualify. Iris is sweet & helpful but it isn’t in her hands. JCM living is a total joke, I’d avoid the headache if I had a re-do.
Randy and Martin did a great job fixing a leak in our bathroom. They were kind and informative to address any questions I had. I’m thankful to have them around.
