Stay away from this place. They advertise one price and when you reach out to find out it’s much higher price over $400 more. Stay away!
Imagine paying damn near 3k in rent and not even having an assigned parking space. By the office everything’s assigned but any other block in the complex has to fight for parking every single day. Getting a parking permit for the town raises your insurance and even then you’ll be fighting for a spot. This is the way they try to sell you on the 300 dollar garage spot bringing your bills closer to 4k. And god forbid you can’t afford it you’ll be fighting for a spot all while the apartments with a garage park multiple vehicles ... read more
I love where I live but the parking policy is something I’m not too found about! I own two cars and frequently I have to switch my parking tag between two cars to avoid getting towed. I hope 🤞 in the close future you can consider two parking tags instead of one.
