I can’t believe this happened to us! We had a tour scheduled today at 1:00 PM, which was confirmed multiple times. We arrived right on time — only to find the leasing office completely closed. I arrived today, Sunday, October 19, for my 2:00 PM viewing and found the management office closed. I drove from Queens, spent money on tolls and gas, and waited 45 minutes with no response. Being seven months pregnant made this even more inconvenient and disappointing. If this is how prospective tenants are treated, I can only imagine the experience of current residents.
The office team has always been so quick to help my mom with her requests!
