Year and half living, few things to say. NO return deposit no matter how you kept that place. Fully profit run with a Karen running management, Average price was about 1200 before, they kicked out the old community so they can raise the price with the cheap renovation they provide.
I have been a resident with Shaler Properties for 10 years, and I’ve witnessed various management changes over the years. Unfortunately, the current management under Stacey from corporate is by far the worst I’ve experienced. Her attitude is unprofessional and combative. It’s clear she believes she can speak to people however she wants, and it’s incredibly disrespectful.
