I currently live here, and also lived here as a child from birth to 14 years old, and I must say that this complex is VERY overpriced. The location is ideal for Ridgefield locals and commuters, however the quality of the apartment is very poor. We moved in with things already broken, and within the two years we’ve been back in this complex they have gotten significantly worse. I can’t believe this happened to us! We had a tour scheduled today at 1:00 PM, which was confirmed multiple times. We arrived right on time — only to find the leasing office completely closed. We called every number available, and no one answered. We waited for over 30 minutes, and another couple who also had a 1:00 PM tour was left waiting too. I have an ongoing pest and mold problem in my apartment that have not been properly addressed properly despite my repeated requests for maintenance. There is persistent mold growth in the shower area between the tiles and knobs, which has continued to spread even after prior cleaning attempts.
