Not a pleasant experience. Very condescending and judgmental when my guy broke his ankle in 3 places. I can't confirm but truly believe she delayed his surgery a couple of days by bumping others in front of him. After being delayed the second day, we called Kaiser and was informed he was approved for care the first day he arrived. She came in the hospital room with negative words the first day, downplaying his injury while other physicians (energency and first exam) had stated how badly the ankle was broken.
