I've found working with Ektha to be transformational. I think she has been the perfect balance of encouraging while holding me accountable. She has done a great job of helping me better understand the patterns that I can fall into, and provided me with a set of tools to help me break out of those patterns. I have been seeing Ektha for over 4 years. She’s been such an amazing therapist for me, always understanding and very expansive in how she helps me move forward. I have really enjoyed some of the events Shakti hosts, it always platforms wonderful women from a variety of backgrounds. I truly cannot imagine where I’d be without Ektha! This is a great therapy office in which I’ve referred clients who have positive feedback. Finding a practice who does ketamine therapy and trauma therapy in Culver City is hard to find. Finding a Spanish speaking therapist was even more specialized and I was very impressed with the therapists here. I highly recommend such a helpful practice to those in need.
Searching for Hebrew-speaking clinicians in Culver City has not been easy... and here I have found so much more than just traditional talk therapy. They really have holistic care the heals the mind, body, and soul together - which is rare and remarkable.
Working with Ektha and Shakti has been a pleasure! Shaki has some of the kindest therapists and employees I've met. Highly recommend this business if you're interested in mental health therapy in Los Angeles!
