Dr. Rogini is an incredible human and practitioner. She simple has fabulous energy and a way of seeing the world and our bodies that is refreshing. I contacted Shakti Chiro in the latter part of March to request access to my personal health information, and their handling of that request introduced unnecessary friction and barriers and has been significantly distressing. Almost two weeks passed with no written response to the email that was sent, which prompted me to call recently to find out the status of the request, only to be told that an attempt was made to contact me by phone. I have been seeing doctor Rogini for many years and continue to see results after each treatment. My arthritis causes pain throughout and each adjustment helps maintain my body aches. I continue to see her as I notice without regular visits my pain returns.
