Excellent service, professional, friendly, knowledgeable techs! New house with geo-thermal, quick appointment even though not an emergency. Will definitely use for yearly maintenance.
I have fuel oil furnace and hard to find a company to service. Found Shakley a few years ago and have them do the winter service and they have always been on time and clear up after themselves when finished. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this company.
Very positive experience. My HVAC was not working and Heather worked very hard to book me an appointment ASAP. After a delayed flight rescheduled my surgery to conflict with my HVAC appointment, Heather worked very hard a second time to book me another appointment ASAP. I was so thankful for her understanding and for her help in working around life's challenges. My HVAC was fixed very quickly by a kind worker. I am so happy to have heating and cooling in my home again.
Would not even come out and look at my issue. Believe there was some confusion with who I talked to, but wouldn't even give me the time of day. The receptionist was nice however.
I have personally been dealing with Shakley Mechanical for over 25 years, their attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding, keep up the good work.
