Zeba Shakir is the worse pediatric doctor that I've ever encountered and had to deal with! She's extremely rude and has a nasty attitude! There has never been a time when I was in and out if the office! Always there for at least 3 hours! She is not a good physician, I regret ever bringing my children to her office! She deserves a 0 if that was possible.
If I could give zero stars I would. My child has received neglecting care here. Misplacing records and forgetting to write in immunizations. I wouldn't recommend to someone dying. I would go to urgent care before ever going here again. TERRIBLE! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
The office staff and organization are awful. Several times they misplaced paperwork, refused to correct their mistakes and then when I went to a new provider and asked for information to be faxed it was no less than 4-5 phone calls to get it done. She needs an office manager to come in and get everything in line or I assume she is going to continue to lose patients that have parents that can’t stand the nonsense.
