I have been seeing Dr Tukdi’s office for a while now, and I have to call the office every time just to have a follow up appointment to refill my medication. I literally have to call them to ask them to send a refill. I’m pretty sure it’s the Dr’s responsibility to be following up with their patients, not the other way around…..

I would like to say the Dr Tukdi and his team are awesome. I have been with them about two and a half years and they have been very supportive of my needs and situation. I can’t recommend them enough! They are great!

Started off well, big company does not answer the phone. They charge a deposit for visits— I’ve never heard of such a thing and it adds up. They don’t conduct follow ups causing lapse in treatment. Currently denied a prescription refill due to not being able to check in with the doctor, but I can never get through and can’t afford it. Hopefully I can find another — I’m having a manic episode right now and being refused medication. Thanks!

They never answer the phone or return calls. Its extremely unprofessional and dangerous. Putting patients lives at risk because you don't want to answer the phone is unacceptable.

Imagine I was suicidal and they t... read more
