Well, start by securing the parking lot at night as we USED to have a locked gate but no longer. The lobby USED to lock it's main door at 9:00PM. NO more- anyone can get into the lobby and into the buildings. This USED to be a safe place to live but,NO MORE!

I've lived here for years and was very happy until the old landlord passed away and the son took over then sold it to Navarino, who refuses to repair anything, they have increased the rent by $600. My apartment and many other who have moved out are riddled with mold now and the owners refuse to repair. They also claim to have no record of our security deposits and some of us have lived here for 20 years or more.
