I haven't been here in a while but when I did have an appointment they had to pull a tooth and I was in a lot of pain afterwards and they were very kind and took care of me. I really appreciated it.
I have an unfortunate genetic tendency to dental problems - no matter how I take care of my teeth, I end up back at the dentist every so often. Since moving to Astoria, I’ve come to this place for cleanings, exams, fillings and other procedures, and have never had a problem. The office staff is competent and courteous, Dr. Shakespear explains options and procedures well, despite being soft spoken and clearly very busy, and overall the experience is as pleasant as dental work can be. By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Shakespeaere is great. All in all a great place to go if you want a good dentist.
