I'm a fan of shakes but today how ever was not what I expected. I went for an oreo concrete. The cookies aren't Oreos, just a knock off version. I would think that as much as shakes charges for a concrete they would use real Oreos. Don't think I'll be getting a concrete again.

Was VERY rude and my custard was very watery a man scratched his nose then handed me my cup that is very unsanitary I come here twice to three times a week and this isn’t the first time I’ve had rude unpleasant service. I come from Jacksonville to Little Rock. The first time was fixed by the owner. And I appreciate his concern but this staff member does not deserve a job. This is absolutely my favorite "treat" spot. My daughter and I have custard dates here all the time and each time I try something new and the service is always great. My favorite at the moment is Key Lime Pie Concrete!!
