Good food, cold beer Great service. We had a waiter who was super friendly and super accomodating. The food was good, basic bar and grill menu but tasted really good. We had a really nice meal, the beer was really cold! :) Still family oriented though. You would fee very comfortable bringing small children.
Try the spinach dip If you are in the area this is a great place for dinner! The spinach dip appetizer has been a favorite of my husband's and I since we went there while dating in college. We always stop in when we are back in VA!
Order the broccoli! It was a decent restaurant. The waiter was very patient when we asked for 5 bills when there were only 3 people there. The food was pretty good.... after the tower of nachos that we got, I didn't have much room for dinner, but ate all of my yummy broccoli! My margarita was a little on the strong side.
Great place to meet friends Shakers is a good central place to meet with friends or to go for a meal after shopping at Valley View. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, so it is a good place to unwind and have a good meal.
