PEOPLE BE WARNED!!! Do not EVER get your car serviced here!! A little background: I didnt buy a car here, I brought my Lincoln here for work. I have an aftermarket used car warranty on my Lincoln so I get it serviced at Lincoln dealerships if I have issues. Really? Why advertise a car for sale and when you get there to look at/purchase it they tell you it’s not for sale? What a waster of my time. Take the ad down if it’s not for sale - it’s listed with a sale price and all the specifics. Terrible way to attempt to do business.
We've had nothing but a great experience at Shaker's. We've bought several vehicles from them. Our most recent purchase was a Lincon Aviator that we originally ordered in Crystal White. It was the only color we truly wanted. A few weeks later, Lincoln emailed the dealer canceling that color. We were so disappointed. They told us to think about it for a few days to decide what color we might want as an alternative. Luckily for us, Ed Shaker and Cathy Reed thought out of the box and located one for us! Philippe was extremely helpful in the car purchasing process. I contacted Shaker Lincoln via email regarding a vehicle. Philippe got back to me quickly and with a video of the car that I was interested in. Unfortunately that vehicle ended up selling before we could test drive but Philippe suggested a few other options.
