Philippe was extremely helpful in the car purchasing process. I contacted Shaker Lincoln via email regarding a vehicle. Philippe got back to me quickly and with a video of the car that I was interested in. Unfortunately that vehicle ended up selling before we could test drive but Philippe suggested a few other options. I had recall appointment and after waiting more than one hour, I was told there's one part not available today and rescheduled appointment on Friday afternoon. When arrived on Friday, the representative on the check in desk stated" it too late for this type of work" He took the car after a little push back. I was not expecting this type of service from the dealership.
Had a wonderful experience working with Cathy Reed to buy my new vehicle. She was in knowledgeable about the different trim packages, as well as the year over year differences (or not) with the mechanical, safety, and comfort features. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful when I needed to start the sale process while I was out of state. I’d be happy to do business with Shaker and Cathy again
