Awful awful service. Truly among the worse experiences we've ever had with a vehicle from countless recalls, to long lead times on fixes, no communication, no loaner availability any time there's an issue, and absolutely the worst customer service we've ever experienced. This place has also been a revolving door of personnel since the Bradshaw acquisition several years ago. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, DON'T BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OR COME HERE FOR SERVICE HERE. They lie about what you ask them to check. The 3rd party warranty company has a contract with Shaker that they recommend me to get service at Shaker (warranty has no legal words saying must be done at Shaker) so I will be going elsewhere. Also everything I said was wrong with my car the new dealership found. This place just gets your car in and out regardless if you're car is safe. DON'T GO HERE!!
