Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. No one knows what's going on or what they're doing. Very disorganized. No one gives you updates when your car is there. I had an issue with a recall and it turned into a month long project getting them to do it correctly, and they scammed me into a $225 diagnostic fee along the way, for something that was their negligence.
