A reliable favorite Shaker Square Cleaners was a Shaker Square fixture for a long time. Forced off the Square by renovation and rising rents, theyve relocated just around the corner on Van Aken Boulevard. The service hasnt diminished a bit, though customers still enjoy the attention to detail and loving care that theyve enjoyed here for years. Prices are high, but arent unreasonable for the service provided.

Outstanding and Friendly Service World class service and a very friendly staff - what more would one want on Shaker Square!!!! Elina and her staff always know what to say and what to do when it comes to their customers.

Customer service miss In a business that is completely focused on customer service, this establishment did not put a good foot forward. As a first time customer, I dropped off a leather coat for a new zipper and cleaning on 3/23. I prepaid the entire amount of the work. The work was promised to be completed on 4/8, 16 days later, after 4:30. When I came in to pick it up, I was told that it was not available until tomorrow. When I asked why, I was told that the person who does the leather cleaning changed his delivery time an... read more

Reliable, professional service Shaker Square Dry Cleaners could be called the Old Faithful of dry cleaners. They always do a fantastic job of cleaning and tailoring clothes and take excellent care while doing so. When I visit my sister from out of town and need dry cleaning care, this is the place we always go to and over the years, I cannot remember a single time that we've been unhappy with our service or the results.
