On March 6th I dropped of my 91 year old mother to her apartment, pulling up in front of her building. After getting he in the building and to her apartment, I came back to get her groceries and my car was towed. My mother has lived there for over 10 years and everyone know how well I take care of her. For them to tow my car in five minutes after getting her home is an abomination. The elevators always break down. people pay all this money. We have old people, sick people and children, in an emergency what will people do? It is sad. On Saturday no one answers the phones. Though l love the apartment things are always wrong. Thanks
