The intercom hasn't worked for months,the elevators are very slow and outdated. The lobby and hallways are grossly outdated.
I've been here for a year. I love it here. No problems. Maintenance is always handy when needed. The ladies in the office are Superb, Very Helpful when needed.

Unfortunately it’s Roaches crawling out of cracks in hallways and they come into your apartment rather your clean or not! It’s disgusting. They Raised the rent but they won’t improve the apartments problems.
