Unfortunately it’s Roaches crawling out of cracks in hallways and they come into your apartment rather your clean or not! It’s disgusting. They Raised the rent but they won’t improve the apartments problems.

I lived at Shaker Park East for over five years, moving between different units during my time there. Initially, the property was managed by Capital Properties, but it later transitioned to Integrity Property Management. Unfortunately, despite my hopes for improvements under new management, the same staff remained, and the situation only worsened.
