I do not understand why Dr. Durrani has a lower rating because I find him very straight forward, and pleasant. Maybe his bluntness is misunderstood but I’d rather have someone be upfront and a straight shooter than someone who candy coats the situation. He recently (June 22, 2026) did my surgery and he kept my family informed. I do also like the older school approach to certain things, for instance a cast for the first 4 weeks vs a boot after initial surgery splint came off. Dr Durrani performed a hip replacement on my husband back in April of this year. He did a fantastic job. My husband was walking without a walker or cane within 2 weeks of surgery. This Dr knows his stuff and is absolutely one of the best surgeons around here. My husband had his 1st hip replacement in High Point 3 years ago and it did not go as well as this surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Durrani.

Worst Doctor I’ve ever seen. Invalidates patients pain. Tells patients their pain isn’t real but then suggests pain management. Doesn’t listen to patient. Says other doctors are wrong and that he knows more than they do. Not sure how he still has a job as many terrible reviews he has

Horrible Experience, Talks over his patients and is completely incompetent, contradicts his patients and ignore there needs to finish his appointments fast without any actual solution even if there is documents proving there is a actual condition/issue, and will still invalidate the patients symptoms. As a patient we shouldn’t have to deal with this just because he one of the only specialist in town, instead they should give opportunities to people who like to help their patient and don’t ignore their needs.
