I would recommend shake those ponds to anyone because before I started going there I wasn’t really trying to live a healthy life for my self and ever since I started going i have changed a lot about myself and my health, I would drink a lot of monster, and all kinds of bad drinks and then I heard about the teas and now that’s all I drink and they have changed a lot for me and my health and the proleso shots are amazing fat burning drink and they really work! Shake Those Pounds is the best!! The staff is extremely nice! It's also at a very convenient location, right on Main Street, ya can't miss it!! They always have something going on, and new teas and shakes!! Highly recommend!! I love being able to walk in, and feel so welcomed!
