I think this is a good place to help you lose weight all I'm telling you is it works I was 276 and now I'm 263 I lost 13 pounds in the last two weeks doing exercises with it. It's is guaranteed by April I should be down to 180 like I want to be if I keep drinking the shakes and working hard thank you guys for everything.
