I love the Dutch Chocolate flavor mixed with frozen strawberries, ice, sweet and low and 2% milk. They are filling and I lost 32 lbs. the last time I was using it. It is absolutely delicious and ValaQuawn Hardy Carey is the mostest when it comes to customer service!
