The staff here does seem to care about customers request. I asked for them to not overflow my cup and put the extras in a separate cup and the employee totally ignored me. They overfilled the cup and the smoothie was leaking out just like i anticipated. When I asked about my request she said there was no extras just as I saw her put the blender with the extras in the sink. I am not stupid, I can see you, Don't lie to your customers.
I had to leave a review for the excellent service I received. The young lady named Ainsley was very nice and welcoming, and made me a great shake. Great service and great work on the management team for training their employees well. Thank you Ainsley!
Male Worker with blonde curly hair at 4:35 on a Monday, sep 22 in the reitz union gave me a half full bowl, which I contested. He told me it was a three scoop bowl in a very disrespectful way and laughed at me. Normally, service is very nice and the food is fine, but this specific encounter left an incredibly poor taste in my mouth.
Waited over 30 minutes for 2 Açaí bowl’s. One was made wrong and the other one had frozen fruit. Staff had customer tickets out of order as we were not the only ones waiting and long time.
The place changed a lot in 2 year. People are not nice not giving enough food for the money. And now the options for the bowl also reduced. Definitely I don’t recommend this.
