I get at least 2 shakes a week here. Ordered a $10 drink today, and it was made with far too much ice, and far too little ingredients. It tasted like vaguely peanut-butter flavored snow-cone. When I complained that this wasn't up to the usual standard, the manager on duty refused to acknowledge my basic point, repeatedly insinuating that my dissatisfaction was my own fault, and that I should "ask more questions" about their products before ordering in the future.
