The food is okay. It's good but I think it's over priced. I have not tried their milk shakes yet.
Location was pretty dirty; trash cans filled, tables dirty and floors. Our food took long for the amount of workers there. They barely acknowledged customers, we waited like 5 minutes for just someone to talk to us and give us sauce. Food was cold and less than average
Our first and last time having Shake Shack. Overhyped. Overpriced. Let's start with the staff. Mostly friendly staff but their communication is atrocious. We had 4 different people (1 came back to the window twice) to ask who we were picking up for, told us our order would be right up by 1 person then told there were a few orders ahead of us by another. Now the food: burgers salty as all get out and super chewy, soda is flat, fries were soggy, cheese for the fries has a weird after taste and got about 5.5 onion ringss for $6... read more
Was clean and food was good, but extremely pricey for what you get.
