The Staff while I was here ( 9/16/26 ) was amazing and really friendly, the place was clean, and the food was so delicious definitely worth it
We have been to this location before but on Sunday 09/13/26 it sure was something, we placed our order online and headed to the location and pulled up to the window at the time our order was supposed to be ready and we sat at the pick up window for 15 minutes while employees walked by looked at me and never came to the window so I thought well maybe I should go inside and pick up our food. To my surprise at the door was a line of 10-15 people wanting to go into get food but the door was locked this was around 5:30pm on a Sun... read more
I should’ve turned around when I noticed the trash in the outside sitting area was overflowing and seeing the self order kiosks were filthy but my son raved how good this place was at another location he had visited. Three people with a sandwich, fries and a drink for each was $75 with tip. I never mind paying good money for good food and service but the staff failed miserably. We sat for over 30 minutes, dining in, waiting to get our food brought out. Spicy Fries were cold and the seasoning on them looked like the cap fell ... read more
I already sent a review into the actual shake shack but this place is terrible. 45 minutes for two burgers and fries. My shakes were straight milk not even cold anymore when they gave them to me, and my house is less than 5 minutes from the place so they wouldn’t have melted from my drive home. My burger was drier than the Saharah desert. Workers were extremely rude, overheard one making fun of a lady for having attitude when all she did was ask why it was taking 40 minutes for her order and then I also heard the same cashie... read more
Tasty food and workers are helpful however the prices are absolutely ridiculous. I paid 2 dollars for bacon and all I get is one piece? Really? In this economy you guys can’t atleast give me a few pieces… If you guys want to charge me 12 dollars for a burger the least you can do is give me a fair share of food…
