For some reason, for my fries almost 15 minutes after my burger? Was pretty pissed off about this. Burger was finished, eating the fries way later was weird and honestly made me mad.
Just ordered burger and spicy fries from Shake shack and we never received the fries. Called the manager and hardly of any help. I doubt he even checked it directly just said we can't deliver again dispute it with doordash and just hung up without any accountability.
Doesn't have any of the limited time items ever(only things that's worth) Trash over priced fast food burgers for restaurant prices.
Dirty, and my burger was cold. Ketchup dispenser was also broken. This location needs help! lack of management and leadership.
