Chicken sandwich was small. It had good flavor. The place was not busy and the rate at which the food was ready was average. My biggest concern was the checkin kiosk was filthy! In the middle of January when flu is rampant I would expect better from a food service establishment! They can and should do much better with sanitation.
Food was yummy, but the customer service was above and beyond. It was a busy Saturday just before Christmas and I asked for my order to be taken because I loathe those kiosks. I was ready for attitude, but was so happy when she said she would love to help me. Shake Shack was never really my go to, but now they are the top of my list!
Nice place but a little to much hype
Ordered online for pick up. We arrived early to pick up. All (4) slakes were thin and whip cream was already melted and runny. Very disappointed 1st experience.
