I was in the mood for a shake and decided to stop here. I couldn’t figure out how to order and no one helped. I eventually found the self-seeve kiosk. I ordered and here 25 minutes later never received my shake so I left. First and last visit!
This location has a persistent cleanliness issue that management refuses to fix. I’ve reported it via their website three times, and while they’ve sent $5–$15 'Thank You' credits each time, the actual conditions never improve. It feels like they’re trying to buy my silence rather than cleaning the store. I’m officially done coming here.
