Extremely busy. Food was ok but not great.
I came to shake Shack for the first time and the service was amazing! Ian did an amazing job serving us and the missed items in our order was quickly dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. 10/10 I'd give more stars if I could! I recommend!
Great food and quick service
I love shake shack but I’ve been here a few times and I always have to wait half an hour which is a little ridiculous. I’ve been to a ton of Shake Shacks and this one is the sloweeest. That being said the food is always good.
This place is struggling just to get food out. It wasn’t that busy when we were there and we waited over 30 minutes for food. They have plenty of staff so I’m not sure if it’s lack of training or poor management. Either way if you have the slightest time constraint I would avoid. Our Burger and chicken sandwich were good but our fries weren’t very warm. C-
