Food is good. Time it takes to get that food is bad. They take a long time for even small orders. The employees are friendly and nice but somewhere there is a disconnect about recieveing food. Anyway over all decent place. Unless you have an hour to wait for a burger dont go.
Other times I've been here were good, but last visit was terrible. The bun was burned, burger undercooked, shake not as advertised, and it took a long time.
We ordered online and expected to be there at a certain time and planned accordingly, but Google Maps screwed us big time and took us to a good will 30 mins away. We were late to pick up our order and the manager immediately stepped in without prompting and made us new food in 5 mins so we didn’t have to eat cold burgers. Above and beyond the call, thanks again!
