Shake Shack makes good burgers. Though they have allowed ‘shrink’flation to compromise their product. A $12 burger the size of a McDonald $3.00 burger is a disappointment. I know the ingredient quality is better but not by $9.00. Give your customers quantity value. Far overpriced. I now remember why it has been 3 years between visits!!
If you value Service, are Family Oriented, or value Community, this Shake Shack location is Not for you. Right after giving birth my wife was craving an oreo shake. I ran home to get some things and called on my way to order the shake. It's been a busy busy day and I couldn't download the app and place an order while driving on the highway.
