Excellent burgers and shakes, but the real highlight was the amazing service from James and Giselle—friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
Burgers are fresh and the fries are crispy. Great experience. Our server brought us ice water too and that was a huge bonus. Super on point
I love shake shack but the quality and quantity of food keeps dropping, smaller, less, poor value, etc. Latest example: The $9.99 shack burger and all I got was a pathetically small petal of a lettuce leaf, two tiny morsels of tomato and a little dribble of ‘shack sauce’ !!! Sadly, I suppose this means I am going to patronize them less often.
I enjoyed everything, the food was great, the staff was awesome. Jake and Jose were extremely friendly and really made me feel welcomed. They were fantastic
