The small girl with the red hair just walks away twice and laughs as im trying to place my order, I wouldnt eat at this place honestly with the horrible service provided at this location. Would much rather go to other restaurants as they value your time unlike this Shake Shack
I really love Shake Shack, and this location in particular has some good people. Going there is never an issue, but ordering online is a nightmare. I only live about 10 minutes away, but every time I order in, no matter what service I use, it always takes at least an hour and when the food gets here it’s ice cold. Knowing it takes as long as it does, I obviously won’t order any shacks, because they’ll be melted, and it’s just really disappointing.
