Came in with the kids and wasn’t sure what to order since Shake Shack doesn’t have a kids’ menu. Namari walked us through what works best for little ones, recommended the hot dog, grilled cheese, and single cheeseburgers, and pointed out the Honest Apple Juices for them too. Made the whole thing easy and stress free. Honestly the best experience I’ve had at any Shake Shack, and I’ve been to plenty. Thanks Namari!
This was a huge WOW. I understand when restaurants are busy and I have the patience for that. What I don’t have the patience for is rudeness or straight out ignoring me 4 times. I was in line to ask about my pick up order, once it was finally my turn, employee would look at me, then ask someone else if they needed help, not even acknowledging my presence. Really like the food here. The service is rough though. Waited for food we pre ordered, and I get places can be busy, but after waiting for 20 min I waited in line. When I was next in line, the employee proceeded to look right at me & then ask someone else how they needed help. They did that four times in a row.
