Customer service is shit
We at here today and it was awesome. The food was hot and came out quick, Janice was active in the dining room with greeting, cleaning up and checking in on people.
Shoutout to Eric!! No one was taking orders so some of the things I wanted were not on the kiosk. Eric walked past 4 of his co workers who wouldn’t even look me in the eye to help me. Thanks!!!
I will not be ordering from here again. My drink and fries were never delivered, so I had to contact the delivery app to request a refund. On top of that, the order did not include any napkins. This was very poor service and a complete waste of my time. Unfortunately, this was my first order from this restaurant, and it will definitely be my last.
