Everyone is very outgoing, nice and friendly here! Love the quality of the food as well! Brandon was outstanding and very outgoing
Went to the drive thru to pick up my order because they said it was ready over the app. They refused to give me the order at the window so I went inside. After I went inside they said they couldn’t find my order. The manager came out and it was right in front of their face. Super unprofessional and slow and the only place that refuses to let you take out an order from the window. Go elsewhere.
Very over priced, the order was wrong and the lady inside is crazy.
This rating is for the customer experience of the location and not necessarily the food. I really enjoy Shake Shack burgers. What I hate is being forced into using a kiosk that takes three times as long to order. Especially when you have a bigger group. After placing the order myself the kiosk then has the audacity to ask for a TIP! Also where is the fountain machine in this place?! Yes, I want refills!
