We stopped here for lunch and even though it was busy, we didn't wait too long for our food. The staff is friendly and efficient and the restaurant is clean. We all enjoyed the burgers and chicken sandwiches. The fries were super delicious and nicely crispy.
There was nothing in any way shape or form that I did not thoroughly enjoy Mikey and his team in the mall of Columbia gave me the best service I have ever received I haven't been to Shake Shack in about five years my first time coming here after a 12+ hour shift the service was amazing I didn't have to lift a finger everybody was right there to make sure I had everything that I needed I left with a smile on my face and a full stomach and I will be recommending Shake Shack to everybody that I come into contact with moving for... read more
