45-min wait made me nearly miss my flight; they were out of my first choice shake, the credit card reader wasn’t functioning properly, and after running to catch my flight, I found that they gave me a burger instead of the chicken sandwich that I ordered
The cashier, talking to himself out loud in a strange manner, grabbed my water bottle and used it as a neck scratcher—I’m not even joking. After waiting for five minutes, I finally got a new bottle of water. The cashier then asked me why I didn’t want the bottle he’d used for scratching his neck. I explained that I had already gotten a new one. He pressed further, asking why. So, in front of everyone, I told him the truth: he had used it as a neck scratcher. He definitely didn’t look pleased.
Another establishment run down by New Orleans finest. Incompetent employees, lazy, all had attitudes.
Burgers were fabulous !!! … but make sure you have the time to wait … a long time … and it wasn’t busy … and service did not come with a greeting or a smile or any suggestions on what to order.
Bad attitude and service is awful when employees can't give a refund on awful service because a manager is not there and have ran out of the food at the MSY AIRPORT IN NEW ORLEANS AND THE WANT A TIP HILLARIOUS THE DEFINITION OF WORK EFFORT TODAY NOT EVEN WITH A SMILE OR PLEASANTRIES DAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS
